      Huge earning opportunities Travel the world, Travel on private jets Freedom to work and be creative Encouraging to be open minded and bring new ideas Vibrant company and possibilities to grow and open new markets Nice team

      Long working hours (extremely) The expect you to arrive 1 hour earlier and leave at least 1 hour later than your official hours and no lunch (the owner actually says "who needs 1 hour lunch? lazy people") but may be this is only happenig at headquarters in London Old office The company works on favoritism, if the "top people" don't like you, then you are out. I felt it was some kind of absolutist monarchy going on.

      We do know that ACS is not 9-5, and we do make everyone aware of this. There are support functions like on call and ops to assist with the out of hours work. In addition to the ways out of hours can be supported, we do recognize the hard work through generous PTO and invest heavily in our people including the events. Thank you for your feedback.       It is definitely not a 9-5 role, hopefully this was made clear to you in the interview process and sales can be high stress. However, we try to balance that with time back and above industry benefits.
