Pros
Cool benefits, such as getting to see and fly on Private Jets and a month long training session in London.
Cons
-Heavy focus on cold calling -Required to visit people on your "list" 6 times a month, regardless of how many interactions you had with them, could be 2 phone calls where you find out they charter, and they want you to go and visit them. No customer is going to be open to someone visiting their office that they hardly know or need. -Majority of work is "outbound research" aka cold calling. There is a system where they get online leads, but people in management positions take them all/ take the good ones for themselves, and distribute the bad ones to the new employees. -A LOT OF OUT OF HOURS WORK. You will be expected to be "on call" week nights, weekends, holidays. No you do not get paid for this. Could be 2am on a Tuesday, and you'd be expected to work. And yes, you'd be expected to show up at 9 am for a full work day. -Only way to succeed in this company and role, is if accounts are handed to you. Most Senior people there have had accounts handed to them from people who left before them. If you don't get an account, your job is good as gone. -Very "clique" environment in the office, makes you feel very unwelcome.
