Some positions require frequent travel

Flexibility, good coworkers, remote work

Company cutting costs at employee expense while bragging about profits. No transparency on pay and bonuses. Too much work and not enough people. Constant process changes without team input. No promotion track. Benefit changes without telling employees. Lots of politics from company leadership with no input from lower level employees.
