Have some unrealistic goals for teams which are impossible to achieve because senior management made 50% people redundant. HR has no regard to employees mental health. Everyone was burnout and HR just laughed it off Extremely low salary and lie about benefits. Doesn't care about clients and always delay to pay them and lie about it
