Aker has created a friendly, community-spirited environment that is a complete pleasure to work in. It’s rare to find a place where high-level expertise and genuine kindness go hand-in-hand.

The bar for quality is very high, so it’s not a place where you can just "coast", you have to be comfortable being challenged. Additionally, because the culture is so collaborative, the consensus-building process can sometimes slow down momentum.
