Everyone, and I mean everyone, is so talented at what they do and the most accommodating to help in any way they can. Aker has created a friendly, community-spirited environment that is a complete pleasure to work in. It’s rare to find a place where high-level expertise and genuine kindness go hand-in-hand.

The bar for quality is very high, so it’s not a place where you can just "coast", you have to be comfortable being challenged. Additionally, because the culture is so collaborative, the consensus-building process can sometimes slow down momentum.

Working at Aker is an incredibly rewarding experience. The leadership team genuinely cares about employee well-being and professional growth. There’s a strong culture of collaboration and I’ve always felt supported in taking on new challenges. The workplace atmosphere is very positive and motivating with colleagues who are not only talented but also kind and approachable - including the CEO.
