investment in technology when it comes to *SOME things, fair hiring practices.
Cons
hourly rate seems high at first but in comparison to how many hours you are actually working and the low productivity of trips scheduled you actually end up working harder not smarter, uniforms are not flattering and feedback isn't valued, safety is only put first if you are part of the "old guard"
