      Compensation is good if you live in the Fort Worth area. Cafeteria is nice. Company shuts down between Christmas and New Year's Day.

      Lack of transparency and direction on the part of senior leadership Pettiness and favoritism rampant at manager and director levels Insular attitude prevalent across all areas of the company Dated, shabby facilities except for the executive tower building
