Thank you taking the time to share your feedback, and I’m sorry your experience hasn’t been more positive. We are working hard to increase our focus and attention in this area. It’s one of the reasons I joined as Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer in the latter part of 2020. We’ve recently completed a global assessment of our Diversity and Inclusion practices to get a baseline understanding of our maturity landscape to help us prioritize our focus areas. We’ve also launched diversity metrics/KPIs for the ELT, held our first Global ERG Summit in February, and I’m in the process of adding three additional D and I resources to my team.
