      Decent benefits Almost impossible to get fired Low expectations

      Cons

      Bureaucracy makes everything hard and not worth the time, so most processes are still manually done on paper. It was a flashback to 1980 in culture and processes when I first walked in.

      Stable company with people that want to make a difference. Great place to learn about manufacturing practices.

      Cons

      No clear job roles and the company tries to squeeze work out of lower level engineers.
