Conflicts of Interests are at the order of the day in Alcon, if you join Alcon you will learn everything that is wrong in the corporate world. Alcon doesn't have a clue of management and managers learn by proof of error with the people, because in the words of my own manager " I don't know what to do "...they use manipulation and convenience as normal management practices when what they indeed represent are toxic behaviors and dont dare to contradict them or point out a defect or weakness in them because they will gaslight you without mercy ... feedback as such doesn't exist, it's only gossip and they base their decisions on it... they are really cheap people, not only not prepared to do their jobs but also not having the correct skills ...
