Pros
Some staff are nice, Arabic staff are very warm and welcoming (thought management encourage you treat them as different)
Cons
Poor management, terrible HR, staff treated based upon their nationality and very openly. Bullying culture. No progression. Not competitive salary, facilities do not rival those elsewhere in the UAE.
