Pros
I came into Alderson Loop straight out of college and only had an idea of what I wanted to do for a career. I started in one department, and after a year decided it wasn't for me. Instead of kicking me to the curb, they asked what I am interested in and let me move through the company to a position where I am satisfied with my work and can thrive. Outside of that, the company sponsors a lot of out-of-the-office team building events (ropes course, cooking classes, etc.) that make working here a lot of fun.
Cons
Some may see it as a pro, but one of the faster-moving environments I've worked in. The company is hinged on recruiting, so it's all about getting the best, and getting them first. If you aren't looking for fast-paced, look elsewhere!
