      Pros

      They have a great HR department, John Kerzmann in particular.

      Cons

      Whew, where to begin? Micromanaging, lack of communication, not much of an interest in each employee as an individual. Myself and many other current/former employees were less than impressed with upper management.

      Strong mentors and leadership support. Entrepreneurial spirit and can do attitude to collaborate and help customers.

      Melding the legacy bank culture while growing across the country is hard.
