      Pros

      Excellent front line team, smooth onboarding. While they have a fully remote team, they treat their contractors as individuals and seek to understand their needs. Constantly looking to evolve to changing business dynamics, particularly in technology space. Responsive to any issues.

      Cons

      No cons. While they were very 'hands-off' with me, I believe they are very supportive and consultative to those who require/want more.

      Pros

      Great Management, Values Employees. Pays well, and has excellent benefits (PTO, Parental Leave, Bereavement, Sick).

      Cons

      Health Insurance Offering for family of 3 (Parents + Child) > 10% of salary. I used private marketplace, so not a big deal. Need to keep growing, More clients means more security against layoffs.
