Pros

Super smart, helpful coworkers who make the day-to-day fun. Management is approachable—you can actually talk to leadership without a million layers of corporate bureaucracy. Great flexibility and respect for personal time. The work keeps you on your toes; you definitely won't be bored.

Cons

The learning curve is pretty steep when you first start, especially getting a handle on the data/marketing tech stack. Expect to feel a bit lost for the first month, but the team will help you through it.

Pros

The company offers a high level of flexibility and autonomy, allowing employees to take ownership of their work and contribute meaningfully. There is a strong focus on innovation, particularly around AI and continuous process improvement, which creates an environment where new ideas are encouraged and explored. Also, great exposure to work with major tech companies and multiple market coverage! One of the aspects I appreciate most is the emphasis on staying current with technology trends. The company regularly shares valuable insights and knowledge, helping employees learn and adapt in a fast-changing industry. The team culture is also a standout. Colleagues are supportive, respectful, and willing to help each other succeed. When challenges arise, there is generally an effort to understand the context behind issues and work collaboratively toward solutions rather than assigning blame.

Cons

As the company continues to grow, communication and alignment across teams could be improved. Greater clarity around project ownership, responsibilities, and accountability would help ensure smoother collaboration and execution. In addition, a more structured performance review process would be beneficial. Clearer expectations, regular feedback, and stronger focus on individual career development and growth opportunities would help employees better understand their progression and long-term potential within the organization.
