Pros
- Great diversity across the teams - Competitive pay - Opportunity to work/hire with clients like Google, Cisco, Stripe, ChatGPT and Zoom - Management are open-minded and genuinely listen to new ideas/approaches - In person meetups are great as you get to spend the day working with the team in the flesh, then you go out and do an activity followed by dinner and drinks which is super nice, no expense spared :) - Trust, responsibility and flexibility that comes with fully remote working and no micromanagement - There’s a real focus on professional development too, with access to AI certifications from Google and on going workshops
Cons
Not much of a con but they are features of high growth orgs that go hand in hand and that is - 1. Communication across teams could be better sometimes, it is good but could be better 2. Some ambiguity or underdeveloped processes that could be better defined but again a problem I feel we are actively solving quite well
