Pros

Good Benefits options and pay, Excellent work environment and Positive ambient, lots of experience and expertise to acquire on the Customer Service etiquette.

Cons

So far it has been an excellent experience. It is a great company to work in. Maybe a con, but it aint so bad, is the fact that there is no further growth to Sr.CCR Role once you get to the CCRII Role on webchat. It would be way awesome to have a Sr. CCR role Implemented.
