      - Fantastic colleagues and lower level management - Good opportunities to learn

      - Awful IT help desk and hardware - Salary below market rate compared to competitors - Poor 2020 salary review and no review for 2021 - Poor employee communications with regards to “optional” contract changes

      Benefits package was ok work life balance was good

      Cons

      Toxic environment. US Management unwilling to listen to European/English colleague ideas. I was spoken to rudely multiple times by a particular manager and made to feel stupid and belittled for the first time in my 14+ years career. When escalated nothing was done. I had heard others had the same issue with the same or different management members.

      Good Employer, but needs to look and compete against other Workday Partners

      -Great Colleagues -Flexible working times - Really good for EE's with Families -Mix of clients and projects -Career Opportunities

      Cons

      -Salary appears to be lower than other workday partners so keep losing great colleagues to other partners -Various teams had leavers and there either not replaced or taking months to get new EE's in. -Bonus schemes removed and not replaced -EMEA / UK can quite often feel like an after thought.
