HR Service Center is out sourced and the level of customer service provided is really disappointing. With this being an "HR Outsourcing" company you would think the Service provided to the employees matched what is required to be provided to their clients. A lot of work is required and employees get little to no raise in salaries after yearly reviews despite the company allegedly having so much profit year to year. Virtual employees are stuck using very old outdated laptops. Lack of new quality positions becoming available.
