This is not a career. Many say it is dead end and constant fear of lay-off for those who are competent currently flooding job search market to stay ahead. Also those who got laid off also flooding job search market. LHH is their outplacement first having virtual career fairs with Alight as first company. Looking for low level ‘campus’ hires. Company basically operated by ‘campus’ hires and of course Wipros. Not very professional environment.
