Trash management and policies - Member Services Alignment Healthcare Employee Review

Micromanaged like crazy. Insufficient training, by someone who has never done the job. Management does not care about us, we are just numbers. Underpaid given the scope of our job. Low morale. Lack of guidance that is not condescending. Sticking this job out until I find something better.
