Pros
Pay well for management, beautiful offices if you are in the penthouse/16th floor (con: other floors are cubicle hell). Lower-level staff are nice to work with. Multiple medical/dental/vision plans to choose from.
Cons
They promise to train and support you, and then don't. You have to learn everything on your own - seriously.. They give you a moving target to hit/you never know what your job role is, and then they punish you for missing that unknown target. The middle and upper management are aloof and clueless about what work anyone does and doesn't do - they spend all of their time in meetings that solve nothing. They don't provide the services they sell. If you appreciate a regulation-compliant workplace? Then stay away - you won't find it here. Loyalty is misdirected. Hard work is not rewarded. Unlicensed people in charge of clinical operations - and LVNs hold roles that they legally cannot fill (watch your license if you work here!). They care about STAR ratings more than their staff and the care their patients receive.
