With my diverse background in business, management as well as design and child development, I was completely surprised by how eager the business partners were to hear my insights on modifications that can be made not only to better our development as a company, but also to increase profit margins for our clients. It's not often you find managers, partners, or directors involved in every aspect of the companies they are a part of. It's refreshing!
Cons
I am kind of a work-a-holic if you will, although it is appreciated it is frowned upon that I want to fulfill my every waking moment with my work. There is a philosophy these gentleman have which is that if you aren't having fun doing what your doing in the office as well as out of the office you aren't going to be successful in your life or your work. So needless to say, they make sure i don't take my work home... on the weekends.
