      Pros

      Alpha Connect has excellent training, performance bonuses, contests for things like sporting events, extra cash, and more. They recognize you when you excell and if you need help it is available.

      Cons

      Alpha Connect is open 24/7/365 so you might have to work weekends or holidays but I don't mind, I love my job.
