- Working hours beyond ridiculous - You don't need to work 12+ hours every day as well as be expected to work weekends to be successful in this industry.
- Anything said in confidence to senior members of staff in meetings will be relayed immediately to Morgan (CEO) and used against you. Often resulting in a sacking. One must keep any negative feelings to oneself or risk being apprehended, not too dissimilar to those speaking out against the regime in North Korea
- People will be hired from other companies solely for their book of clients, then sacked for "not fitting in with the culture" - In my time there I saw complete databases of direct competitors which could only have been obtained by former employees of said competitors.
- Avoid working over the weekend at your peril - You will be lambasted for lack of effort.
- Every single negative review on Glassdoor has been pushed down the list by fake reviews highlighting the positive aspects of the company - The CEO even asked people to write reviews in order to push down the negative ones.
- If the CEO or his inner circle don't take to you after day 1, your days are immediately numbered; no matter how much money you may make them.
- Large deals are done by members of staff then that member will be sacked before they are paid.
- Tread very very carefully when considering employment here; you will be sold the dream but churned out faster than you could ever imagine; without rights and pay. Some great people there but a career in this industry is more enjoyable elsewhere.
