Pros
-Was recently let go here; some people would say this is a bad thing but honestly I think Alpha FX is a wet dream to the modern life. So here's the thing everything in life get expensive, or you have dreams that cost $$$ 99% of people in normal jobs don't get paid enough to have the life they wish for, their bonus barely meet the 2% inflation for the year. At alpha making 50k a month is not unheard of. BUT Alpha is the place to teach you the hard truth about hustle, it's a grind. (I think that's a pro) - You will play with people that are the Formula 1 Drivers of Sales, cream of the crop. (And winners only stay) -Definitly a Club mentality -Understands time is money, but also grind is equivalent to an exponential curve of $$ and respect. This is a JOB, yes a JOB that you get get wealthy from. -They like to Win at all costs. (Why is this a pro, I would say most people don't understand that winning is a grind, not luck, I would say I was fortunate in my time here to retaste that mentality, I had it playing sports and I missed it, win what ever it takes.) -You have to risk it to get the biscuit, be brave and bold. -Its fun
Cons
-That exponential curve we talked about earlier: it's kinda requirement is grinding long hours, and that part is pretty much mandatory. -Definitely a Club mentality either you in or you're out. -Not for someone who thinks through problems for fun, or is looking for an edge. (maybe there is but I wasn't there long enough; thinking out of the box get crushed; I understand that because what they do works. I still could help exploring new ways to do things its who I am; FYI be warned if your someone like that; this is not for you) -Add all the things about the negative reviews from other peoples reviews, but add in the mentality to win at all cost. You have to risk it to get the biscuit, be brave and bold. This Job is not for those who get hurt easily; nor is it for those that want to play "nice", this is the job of real life and the hard truth of capitalism. (great life learning session, con yes; but it really should be a PRO ) -Cons is I didn't apparently learn fast enough to stay.
