-poor training: many things are left out and you are blamed because you don’t know
-no support: they need more people, everyone is stretched too thin and can’t help bridge the gap for new hires
-unrealistic goals: they want 10 appointments scheduled for a particular date which is offered to every patient but most decline that date … should the worker be penalized for only scheduling 2?
-don’t listen to the workers: they want a full schedule of patients but none are due yet or the schedule will not permit that treatment type, but somehow magically all schedules must be filled.
-aggression / exclusion: terrible place to work. Immaturity at every corner and cliquey. They turn a blind eye and only react once HR is involved.
