      You will get the chance to work with amazing clients and dive into a really great tech stack!

      Cons

      You will be working fully with the client, and you won't be recognized under Altimetrik. Since this is the setup, it isn't the right fit for senior engineers with over 7–8 years of experience. They shouldn't join Altimetrik.
