Toxic culture, especially in Cloud team. They need boot licking resources and they management do not have any brains, but do have lot of EGO problem.
Right from Engineering manager, Principal Architect, everyone are the worst people to work with.
I am not intentionally naming them due to professional ethics.
Even HR BP manager is worst person and they work hand in glove with management to make your life pathetic and you will have no way out.
They do not know how to execute project and how to handle clients.
They need a scapegoat to put all the blame on either team or a person and will ask to resign.
I have never seen such a worst company in my life and mostly about the team.
Surprised how the Top management is still unable to figure out these blood sucking cloud team.
There is no day and night and they ask you to review even while having food. They don't respect your family members health or time and these suggestions directly come from Engineering Manager and Principal Architect.
They will have a "yes man" in the team and they will get all the information from that "yes man" and will take all the credit what you executed and one fine day you will deallocated from the project and they will take all the credit.
I have seen politics in my previous organizations, but these people are HIGHLY TOXIC.
