Pros
1. Work life balance depends on the client, altimetric has no say in this. So if the client company values good work life balance, then you will get to enjoy good work life balance. 2. Salary comes on time. 3. Employees get an incentive of Rs 500 for each interview they take.
Cons
1. Very bad onboarding experience. The recruiters are so unprofessional and irritating and have zero communication skills and zero domain knowledge. 2. Unprofessional conduct by HRs and recruiters. They heavily rely on scare mongering tactics and putting unnecessary pressure on you just to look good in front of their clients. A lot of their claims are illogical and baseless, meant to manipulate you. 3. Your manager will never have 1:1s with you, they will have no idea what you are working on, or give you any plan for making progress in your career. 4. No annual increments even if your performance is good. 5. Altimetrik values their clients more than their employees. 6. Employees do not have full freedom to take leaves as and when they please, even if you have a lot of remaining leaves. In notice period, they force you not to take leaves by saying things like this will end in LOP or extending your LWD. 7. You will get annoying calls from their recruitment team almost every day, asking for slots to take interview. It feels like dealing with sales agents.
