Pros
- good for young and ambitious, fresh out of school/no experience - young and dynamic environment and co-workers - fast-paced learning - could be a good company to work if you want to move to another country (they can help with visa/paperwork), immigrants - could be a good experience if you are assigned to a good client as a consultant
Cons
NO ONE should think this is acceptable to work in a company in these conditions. I've seen people leave after 1-2 weeks into their jobs here! - very bad benefits or no coverage (insurance, coverage, vacation, sick/maternity leave) - managers have little to no experience - very very high turnover rate (ask them about how long they are in their positions, you will see how short it has been. If it's long, it is one of their first jobs) - lack of transparency and dishonesty - manipulation from managers and higher ups - all managers are pushed as salesman to their clients and consultants - too young managers that are just very ambitious to get consultants assigned to have commission and win contracts - TOTAL lies about work culture/environment and values (they claim to value importance in work/life balance and mental health...) - very big workload and expectations - expected to work overtime - they even try to WEED out at the beginning to see if you will tough it out as a manager. So they give an insane work schedule and see how you process it - TOXIC work culture, the type that if you work longer hours, its better perceived - bad salaries and will extremely lowball you if they can
