Pros

- Really smart people and a lot of opportunity for growth. Amazing amount of free technical courses and training opportunities - It is always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new, which lead to the people actually living the leadership principles. I have not seen this behaviour in any other company so far. - A competitive salary coming from a consulting background. - Very motivating work environment. - No strict dress code

Cons

- No one will hold your hand and you need to make the first step when you are new. Everyone seems to be very busy which might lead to feeling lonely at times - People work individually and less "together"., compared to my previous experiences - I can be hard to find what you are looking for since there are a lot of different tools and place where the information might be hidden (might be due to the company size)

Pros

Ambitious projects if you're in the right team. Typically great team-mates. Don't believe the memes, the ppl are not back stabbing jerks but are overall genuinely nice. Not constrained by budgets when building cool things. Tools while sometimes clunky are powerful.

Cons

Schizophrenic lack of focus, entire teams get split, merged and upended multiple times a quarter. Some product managers are disconnected from reality. It didn't use to be the case, the PM-Ts were previously top notch. You're pushed to vibe code everything. Established products with loyal customers are getting neglected. Newer VP level leaders don't seem to know what they are doing. Veteran OG VP level leaders are either leaving in droves or seem stressed or checked out.
