Thank you very much for your review of Ambition. We work hard to offer our employees a great environment to work in and we are sorry if you did not enjoy your time with us. We will be taking your feedback on board to ensure that we make improvements to our employee experience. With regards to the issues you raised, I would like to offer a few points in response: While 2020 was a challenging year due to the pandemic (for our industry and many others), we still produced a positive result. Our team has solid plans to achieve success this year as well. While we faced some turnover in 2020, this was largely due to people moving into in-house roles or to work in recruitment firms that offer a regional scope that is different to our model. However, our attrition levels are in-line with the industry standard. I agree that we partner with a lot of great companies, and we have a strong brand and reputation in Singapore. As we employ an inch wide, mile deep methodology, we typically don’t support other functions and only focus on our core areas of recruiting within technology, contracting, financial services, supply chain, and finance. Our people are extremely important to us and their voices matter. We have several platforms to raise their concerns or ideas, such as biannual employee pulse surveys and regular catch up sessions between employees and myself. Based on feedback shared during a recent workshop on our company culture, we have launched several new initiatives in 2021 that centre around employee wellness, learning & development, rewards & recognition, and team building. Thank you for your feedback about me specifically. I am a firm believer of continuous learning and I am always working on improving myself, especially on my soft skills, empathy etc. (through reading, coaching). I want our employees to have enjoyable careers with us or elsewhere if our environment isn't a good fit for them.
