Pros
You get to learn many things such as how events are ran as well as large scale shows. You're truly part of something bigger. Plenty of overtime. Sometimes, you'll get a bonus. It's truly something new you get to do every day. You do get to wear many hats. Company phone!
Cons
Very loose and poor management, there is no schedule and you won't know what you're doing until late at night, there's no transparency and you will not know what time you are getting home. You are not told what days you are off. Taking days off is hard to do. Nobody gets in trouble for various actions, even if it's been reported. No training, they seem to hire anyone that doesn't want to take this job seriously. No path to move forward. Subpar benefits. VERY high stress environment! Unprofessional work culture. Everything changes in an instant and more work can be added to your day without notice.
