Pros
Flexible schedule...you can pretty much make your own hours. Very convenient when I was a sahm and needed flexibility with my kids schedules, appointments, etc. work is pretty easy but can sometimes be a bit labor intensive but I don't mind moving around so it wasn't that difficult for the most part. They finally offered 401k with company match for 2025 so that was nice. Overall I think it's good for someone who doesn't want to commit to full time work or needs to supplement income.
Cons
You have to work every holiday, not just the major ones..so forget trying to get time off because they will deny it. The hours are never consistent and very low. Of course they do this so you don't qualify for benefits. Your hours will double, possibly triple during the holidays but will be almost non existent during the summer. You do not want a large account as it can be more difficult to manage with less flexibility when it comes to your schedule. Pay is not the greatest.
