Pros
Zero. Management lies to you. If their lips are moving, they are lying.
Cons
Where should I start? First of all, they flat out lie to every single person who walks in their doors. Sure, they'll hire you. They'll hire ANYONE. Then they'll put you through 2 or 3 weeks of training which lasts 12 hours a day for five days, then another 8 hours on Saturday. Who on earth wants to work those kinds of hours? Nobody, that's who. After your training is done, they throw you to the wolves. You'll have no idea what you're selling because they don't bother educating you on that. But they expect you to make thousands of dollars in sales right away. They insist you are not an employee, but you are an independent contractor. Then they turn around and micro-manage the hell out of you. Be here for a meeting, be here for another meeting, be here for workshops and don't you dare miss one or be late. So basically, they want you to be working constantly, they monitor your activity in their chat rooms and get all juvenile if you don't hit the "like" button on all of their posts. You will NEVER be able to set your own schedule and work the hours you want to work. They are on your butt CONSTANTLY. They even make you come in on Sundays and on holiday weekends to make appointments! It is absolutely ridiculous, and no, you won't become a millionaire. You'll be damn lucky if you're able to pay your bills. And just forget working there if you have a family, a spouse, a hobby, go to church, have evening activities, or basically if you have any sort of life whatsoever, don't work here. Management doesn't care about you or your life. All they care about is that you are out there grinding and making money for THEM. They think everyone is motivated by having a fancy car and expensive shoes. They literally tell you that if you aren't driving a Mercedes or a BMW to park your POS in the back of the building because they don't want people walking in for interviews to see anything but a fake image that everyone working there is rich. Not only that, but the managers are all screwing each other and their trainees. There is absolutely ZERO work/family balance allowed in this office, and you aren't even allowed to SAY ANYTHING negative or everyone thinks you're a horrible person. It is the worst place I have ever worked. Ever.
