That's a good opportunity to work in an environment where it's easy to connect with students and colleagues. Good salary.
Cons
They ask you a lot of extra work without paying it (they give you a sort of "banca ore" instead). Sometimes it's hard to tell who has responsibility over different tasks. Work that is covered by multiple people in other workplaces is often upon one person's shoulders. Few chances for carreer enhancement.
