      There are no pros to highlight....maybe the view from the breakroom.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership, no appreciation for employees, raise freeze (except for those on the board of directors). Unprofessional beyond belief. This company needs to practice what they teach.

      Pros

      As an independent contract instructor, I can take the classes offered, or not. I'm able to teach the topics I enjoy and the people I deal with are top notch.

      Cons

      I'd do more with them if they offered me more classes to teach.
