My experience is that the co-workers, managers and leadership has been best-in-class in terms of professionalism and support. Leadership surveys employees pretty frequently and I can tell you from my experience they listen to feedback and adjust policies and opportunities as appropriate. ARC offers great benefits and encourages a healthy work/life balance.
Cons
Red Cross enforced mandatory vaccinations during covid–even for remote workers who had no physical interaction with other co-workers for multiple years. This was the first and only time that I felt like I was completely unsupported and abandoned by the entire organization.
