Needs better pay for employee

How they show you what you earned and how much you are paid per job is shady. They do not give that directly. It goes into a bucket. A bucket that you literally are not sent a statement on but a screenshot that is blurry. So you do not know what is your actual pay that you are paid for each job you sold. Also managers retaliate against employees hoping they will leave. They offer no training at company. There is no team meetings or performance reviews. You work good doing well for company and then a new manager takes over and writes you up without any measures to help you or corrective actions just threatens to fire you and retaliates with purposely not feeding you appointments without telling you.
