Pros
This quickly became my favorite place I’ve work for many reasons. They have created the perfect balance of a family environment while staying professional and goal oriented. I was a commissioned sales rep and pay was the best I’ve seen in the industry thus far. They had a detailed qualification process to ensure your not going to a lot of no show appointments. In my time there I worked under manager Jim Pope. He created a team player environment where he was supportive, encouraging, a vision caster and over all great manager. He was a big reason my experience working with AVW was excellent. I have a toddler and management was great working with me to ensure I could get him from daycare. If your looking for a company focused on a goal that still keeps in mind the people working to get there, this is the company for you.
Cons
I worked out of their Texas office that closed. I was unwilling to move states to continue with AVW. The cons that come to mind have nothing to do with AVW as a company but things to be expected with sales. Driving, a lot of miles, late appointments. If your already in this industry you know all of these things are normal.
