Proactivity is rewarded. Career development is expanding. Lots of great, compassionate people here and there is a authentic sense of community. No company is perfect but I have seen a growth in employee listening, innovation and career opportunities since I joined 2.5 years ago. As any retail business, sales is the dominant priority here. It takes considerable effort to keep PEOPLE at the forefront. Some managers and leaders do this better than others.

Pay for parking, and coworkers are great

- poor leadership decisions on every level - lack of vision for business - do not seem to care about the wellbeing and happiness of employees -micromanages a lot
