I have worked at Anaspec for several years. The people there are amazing. They are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I learned so much from everyone. At Anaspec, people are approachable even the upper managements. They offered incredible advancement opportunity if you contributed and achieved substantially towards company's goal. Management are supportive. I would highly recommend Anaspec to anyone.
Cons
It's a small company therefore you may have to wear many hats. However, if you are self-motivated and overly ambitious, it's a great place to acquire new skills and experiences to every elements of the biotech operation.
