Been part of this company for a very long tenure, saw the company grow in terms of clients, employees. If you are very serious about your career and want to achieve great heights then this is the company. Do not be mislead with the negative reviews related to HR Policies, Operational issues because now a days it is very common in almost every company with these kind of issues. Until you are doing your job assigned to you, no one will bother you (this is not limited to this company but in any company you name) because ultimately we are responsible to deliver on what we are hired for. For freshers / experienced, you wont get any better company than this in terms of exposure, learning to new technologies from your colleagues and the management. Go ahead and join if you are serious about work and not bothered with the policies around you.

HR and Operational Related Policies

Good learning curve. You enter as a Java expert you wil be asked to do magics with ETL tools like abinitio, informatica and so on with no time and no training. Payscale is good not the best. I agree with reviews with subject “product based growing company ” and “Should be your last option when you don't have anything else. ” The other reviews like “Good Communication with Seniors ” would have been posted by the HR or the CEO, I am sure no employee from Analytix data service will post this kind off review as he may even laugh at himself by reading his comment. This company pays good and will ask you to sit 16 hours daily and even after you work for 16 hours still you have to worry about termination.

The most scary thing is "you are been watched every second" and some guy thinks monitoring camera and cross verifying it with the attendance tracker is a "JOB" and believe me he is paid to do that. HR is a joke - don't expect them to know anything! No solid processes, little current or complete documentation, everyone just does their own thing. Everything on the Hub seems to be stuck in Draft mode.
