      1. You will get chance to learn lot of technologies. 2. This is only the company works on automation towards ETL conversion. 3. Give the good salary and hike. 4. You can work with top most technical people from onsite. so you will get chance to learn a lot of things.

      Cons

      1. Only salary is benefit, except that you won't find anything. 2. Hospitality is very bad. 3. You won't get Insurance for your parents.

      Pros

      This is a fast paced company that has a very unique product platform, and is experiencing unprecedented growth. Employees work as a team, and have the support of all levels of management, in all positions. The company provides growth opportunities for a variety of careers and also very good recognition for those that are effective in their roles. Along with growth comes a great deal of change and a rigorous pace. This is not a monolithic corporation where the work is mundane and the pace seems to stand still, quite the opposite as every new day brings additional customers from every industry vertical. Benefits have grown with the company and managements invests in their employees. Great salaries and commission percentages for any market.

      Cons

      The fast-paced young company environment is not for everyone, and we have seen a few people that come from larger corporations that work at a much slower pace, and struggle to keep up as they are likely not suited for a smaller company where lack of drive is very visible.

      Great Product - worst management - There's no ZERO Star - This must be last option

      Great Product and Services. Employees are Talented. Great US Management.

      Cons

      Yes, Employees are talented but India Management is worst. If you would like to see top level Micro Management it's perfect example. They don't let US management know what's happening in India. No Proper internet connectivity. They switch off AC to save power bill and kept table fans all over the office, they don't even keep tissues at wash room. Salary credit date is 6th some times it'll be on 9th. no process. They don't know when they will fire you. HIRE and Fire Policy. They have few employees to watch CCTV camera's all the time, they will watch you all the time (except in wash rooms). They don't even provide proper water to it's employees. They kept 1 local made water purifier. if you take break more than 1 hour (even 5 min) they will cut your salary. All the useless idiots around the CEO.
