-Work from home -my team members were very nice, and hard workers
Cons
-pay was low compared to anywhere else I've worked -training was awful and did not prepare you for the job -was misled about what my actual job would be, I was told we'd rarely get phone calls but my position ended up being a non-stop call center where I was supposed to somehow also still input prescriptions, take voicemails, and respond to emails-hundreds a day. The phone literally never stopped ringing, so it was impossible to get my actual job done. -SO many calls from angry center employees and patients about things I had no way to resolve. -barely could take a bathroom break, it's so overwhelmingly busy.
