Pros

Some nice people but that is it.

Cons

Without a doubt the worst place I have ever worked in my entire professional career. Avoid at all costs, the situations I witnessed and experienced in my short time here are genuinely wild. A completely miserable and demotivating place to spend your time. Day in, day out you will be made to feel uncomfortable, incompetent and worthless. The CEO is desperately clinging onto control. I witnessed bullying day in day out. There is no security as he sacks people as and when he chooses, there is no job security or peace of mind. There is no support, no HR department, the fact that a company like this exists in 2023 in central London is completely unfathomable. There are absolutely no positives to working here. They will sell you the dream at interview, the potential earnings etc but you won’t see any of this as the company has one of the worse commission structures in the industry and a completely unachievable profit share scheme. Please make sure you ask lots of questions at interview about the company culture, what it is like to work here day in day out and staff retention levels. No flexibility, long hours and a miserable place to be.

Pros

-Meet some good people I worked with. - My bad experience of working there taught me great life lessons and prompted me to take risks and do things I enjoy doing

Cons

- I was hired to help push the company towards modernising itself to appeal to the digital age we live in. Most of my thoughts and ideas were mostly ignored and then I was asked to do things that we not initially in my job description. - Blame culture: At points, I was expected to do things that were not in my job description, and it was frowned upon when I objected to do things I wasn't comfortable doing. It's almost as though they want to extract everything out of you, and have the mentality that if you don't work extra hours, they will replace you with someone who is desperate for work. - When I worked there, I saw many people come and go within 6 months... retention of the workforce is poor, and that is reflective in the environment. - Most people who worked there seemed to be stressed and close to breaking point....not a good environment for productivity. My advice to anyone who decides to work there is to look for options elsewhere too...unless they have drastically changed their culture, I'd steer clear of the place if you want to love the job you do. I have nothing against the company, just speaking truthfully on my experience of the place.
