Pros
Antea Group is a well-structured organization with experienced and capable management. The company offers ample opportunities for professional growth, allowing employees to tailor their work environment and projects to align with their individual interests and career goals. The diverse range of projects and the flexibility in shaping one's role provide a dynamic platform for those looking to advance their expertise and make meaningful contributions within the company.
Cons
At first glance, Antea Group appears to be a well-structured organization with clear management plans and a defined CEO strategy. However, much of this structure is poorly implemented. The company experiences a high turnover rate among employees—particularly advisors, experts, and other non-management staff—likely due to its inability to offer market-competitive salaries. If you're seeking a competitive salary or significant annual raises, this may not be the ideal workplace. Moreover, the work-life balance that Antea Group promotes as 'one of the best' has, in my experience, been quite the opposite. The reality is that over 90% of your time is expected to be spent on billable work, which is fine and expected but there is no compensation for travel time, which can easily exceed 20 hours per week depending on your projects and location. This often results in a workweek of over 60 hours. While Antea Group may claim that travel time is included in your contractual work hours, in practice, this is rarely the case and you will have to fight for these rights otherwise they will simply be ignored.
