Pros
I'm working in this company since past 2 years and what I really like about it is-
1) You can do your work at your flexible timings. The thing is just you need to be present at the meetings with update on your work.
2) No micromanagement, you just provide your expected output in the given time-frame, nobody is interested what exactly you were doing
3) Less meetings
4) Provides remote opportunity
Cons
Sometimes it feels like we are robots as everyone is connected virtually and there is no such workplace environment. Me and my colleagues are not even connected properly except for work since past 2 years.
